If you think PJM Clinic did not provide these services or treated you unfairly because of a protected characteristic, you can tell us in person, by mail, by phone, or by email to the Nondiscrimination Coordinator. If you would like help putting your concern in writing, our staff will help you. Please include what happened, when, and how to reach you. We will acknowledge your grievance within 5 business days, look into it, and aim to send you a written answer within 30 days. We will not retaliate against anyone for filing a grievance.
